Some wrinkles in the wallpaper due to age but no water leaks or soft spots. Onan 4000 Genset with 58 hours on it. Rear Corner bed, dinette that turns to sleeping area, and overhead cab sleeping area. Kitchen area has refrigerator and freezer combo, oven range, three burner stove top, sink, microwave, and plenty of cupboard storage. Water heater, furnace, Air Conditioning, and awning. Black, grey, and freshwater tanks. Bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub area. General Grabber tires all around with great tread and date codes for 2017. Undercarriage still has black paint on the frame. Stickers are in great shape with some light fading. Runs and drives out well. Has 5.7 V8 engine. Rear diamond plate toolbox with keys for extra storage. Cab AC, cruise control, aftermarket cd player, trailer hitch receiver, and trailer brake setup. Roof is very clean. Overall a very well taken care of RV with great miles and excellent layout.
