In excellent condition, like brand new inside and out!! Purchased in August 2022 brand new. Was only used for 2 camping trips. Has been under extended warranty since purchase though extended warranty will not follow new ownership. Manufactured warranty will still be on it. The day we purchased camper we also purchased "monster seal" they put in tires value of $790. BMW companion hitch (only) is included, value of $1000 also Furrion camera system to put in vehicle for hooking up camper makes it nice to see precisely where you need to go . Includes outdoor kitchen with an attachment to camper for flat stone grill thats included. Has a ton of storage inside and out. Love the big window in back of camper lots of light. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and storage, big cupboard above closet with shelving in kitchen and you can use dry erase markers to make grocery list on the black part of closet door in kitchen, how cool is that!! Under kitchen table theres a compartment to store small items and the table also extends out further for the other 2 chairs picture only shows 2 chairs but there is 4 total. Has flat screen TV and gas fireplace that lights up at night. Has nice surround sound stereo system inside and out. Under matteress is where the 2 other kitchen chairs are stored (we never used them brand new) and plenty of space to store bedding or whatever. Has solar panels and Jayco command powered by BMPRO, monitor computer system which is mounted on the wall which controls water tanks, temp, lighting, slide outs, batteries, awnings, tire pressures, propane and much more! Can use this feature and download onto your smartphone and can control everything from just your phone. Driving down the road and forgot to turn a light off just simply go to the app and can turn it off! Wifi and Bluetooth compatible. This is a very beautiful camper in like brand new condition, has absolutely everything you would need to enjoy camping with your family. The list could just go on and on with everything that comes with this camper! You will not want to miss this deal, our loss your gain!
