Description

Amazing trailer purchased with every option available. Bunkhouse setup, perfect for sleeping of 4 or 5. We did a TON of research on trailers when buying and concluded that this was the best one on the market in terms of quality and design. It has not disappointed! Lightly used and kept in great condition for the 22 months we have owned it. It is very hard to let go of, but we need to downsize to a small trailer that can fit in our driveway in the 16-18' range.

General information and specs can be found here: https://www.forestriverrvsource.com/specifications-2021-forest-river-rockwood-mini-lite-travel-trailer-floorplan-2509s-tr50916.

Minor issues of note:
- Repairs were done to the slide-out functionality (worn teeth) and battery charger at professional dealer (receipt available).
- Sealant was reapplied to a pinhole leak in the ceiling ($140 - mechanic's invoice available demonstrating that there is no water damage).
- Cosmetic damage to a trim piece on the upper left corner of interior slideout (see photo) and cupboard handle, from a single instance in which the slide-out came in crooked prior to slide-out repair noted above - we chose not to have the trim repaired as it is cosmetic only.

Trailer is just outside of Portland, OR and can be transported to the Seattle area for viewing as well. I have the title in hand.
