This has been a great fifth-wheel for our family of six and the extra friends that always tag along. We have made many memories with our kids, and it is hard to let go. This has always been a well-maintained camper that is in storage when not in use.

Everything works like it should and we’ve only had one issue with it a couple years ago when one of the slide motors went out on the kitchen slide. We had it professionally replaced and when we did, we went ahead and replaced both on that slide while they had access to it. We have winterized it every year with no issues. We also have taken it in to get the roof caulked, and a UV protection put on two different times to protect everything up top.

I have installed an air compressor in the front garage compartment to be able to use it for tires, bikes and lake inflatables. It has lots of storage inside and out. I've never had an issue of running out of space with this camper. I am willing to sell everything you need to go camping, fresh water equipment, black water equipment, leveling blocks (has electric jacks), electric cord with all adapters, cooking necessities, etc.

All the jacks work great with no issues. It has a central water station that is very useful and easy to use. Comes with a fridge and cooktop in the outdoor kitchen. The inside is very spacious with a queen bed that has storage underneath. Master dresser set along with one for the bathroom. The shower works great and is very spacious. The camper has 3 TVs, a large fridge/freezer, electric fireplace, pantry, and so much storage!

I also have a Demco slider hitch with a Ram quick adapter willing to sell with it.
