We have owned this RV for Two years. Purchased from Phoenix Arizona with twenty thousand miles.New tires put on at time of purchase due to Arizona 5 year rule for age of tires.We travelled throughout Arizona, Nevada, monument valley and Colorado on our big trip back to Springfield Mo where vehicle has been housed undercover for last two years.We have purchased new comfortable Captains chairs and New very versatile Jack knife sofa and toilet. LED lights replaced in Awning and have upgraded Pioneer Stereo and kickass speakers in Driver’s cabin and upgraded to a Smart TV in Saloon. We travelled 18500 miles and found the vehicle performed very well. We have service records for the last two years and the next oil change is due 42500 miles. The Queen bed is very comfortable and usable with easy access due to the rear slide out. The large bathroom and shower are very easy to use with hot water both gas and electric working well. Fridge and freezer work well on both Gas and electricity. This is perfect size RV for maneuvering thru suburban streets, easy parking at most carparks and gas station pumps, especially easy at grocery stores, Walmart’s etc, so no need to tow extra vehicle as very few spots we could not go and Park.We did wonderful trip up coast of Maine managing some tight streets all the way to Nova Scotia and across to Quebec City, we found heating best done with little electric heater as gas heating chomped the gas which is needed for fridge when on the move and not plugged in to electricity. The propane gas tank is full and ready to go.The vehicle is fitted with a tow hitch which we used for our electric bikes rack (not included, bikes or rack) .The air conditioning worked extremely well on our recent trip to Florida Keys. It maintained the RV at 72F at night coming on every half hour very quietly during the night. Some nights were 80F outside.Perfect for two people although could take three grand kids with you by using Jack knife Sofa and overhead bunk in drivers cabin which lowers down electrically.All fittings included water, electricity cord and adapters as well as sewer and grey water.Vehicle is fairly priced for genuine sale at average of all 2016 Vegas 25.2 sold recently being an average of $58k. This vehicle is in very good all-round condition with only slight downside minor oxidation of paint that could not be got out with recent polishing. This was from its time in Arizona sun, but overall vehicle presents well and performs very well.
