We are selling our 1996 Casita after seven years of loving it. Overall it has been well cared for but has some normal wear and tear that you would expect from a 27 year old trailer. All of the systems work well inlcuding the AC, heater, hot water heater, sink, shower, toilet, propane stove, TV, DVD player and microwave.
