****Clean Oregon TItle in hand****

I am the second owner of this unit. We love this RV but we really miss not having our Polaris RZRs with us so we want to go back to a toy hauler.

The original owners did not use it much and it was stored in a garage in lower humidity Fruitland, ID (Close to Ontario, OR). The exterior is still shiny. The garage did not have a roll up door so the logo on the front cap is a bit faded. There is one exterior blemish which I have included a picture of. On the interior we have found a few minor blemishes.

This is a non smoker unit. No odors appear to be present. At least we can't smell anything

I had George Sutton RV install 3 new awning toppers+3 new MaxxAir vent covers in Dec,2022 ($2900)
I paid Sutton RV do full roof inspection in December and they gave it a clean bill of health.

This unit is a 2020 but was manufactured at the end of 2019 before the pandemic hit.
