Super functional pop up trailer with all the gadgets included. Small hard sided pop up with AC, heat, hot water, fridge and sink.
Really clean on inside - kept it under tarps over winter. Stayed dry inside. Squirrels did get under the tarps so the roof is slightly discolored. No bathroom makes it easy to set up and tear down, no stopping at the gross dump station. We didn’t have any pets so the floors aren’t too scratched up, either.
2 propane tanks run the hot water heater and cabin heater. 12vdc battery dies every time, but can charge it via towing electrical cable. Fridge works on 12vdc during travel, then switches to 120v AC when connected to shore power at the campsite.
Small fixes I’m doing and will update post: countertop replacement, microwave replacement (wish I didn’t remove it in the first place), small leak in window, which only starter when I lifted the roof.

Gadgets: power cable with 20a to 30a adapter, Grey water tank (we only used it for the sink, no bathroom in the trailer), leveling blocks, wheel chocks, potable water hose and filter, dish drain to tank hose and adapter. Propane stove that holds 2 large pots, outdoor rug that we put over the gravel, Spare tire installed, bike rack mounting rails attached, attachable awning, leveling power drill adapter as a thrown in. Oh, and we got those mirrors that go on your car
We had a really fun time camping with this light trailer, the suv could pull it.
