Description
All the comforts of home in a package that fits into a regular parking space. Built out by a fussy Maine boat builder, this van has explored most of the big cities on the East Coast as well as boon docked in Labrador/Newfoundland and vacationed on the Outer Banks Islands. What’s unique about this build is the 3 way lounge/dining/sleeping arrangement. With a 12 gallon fresh water tank and a six gallon hot water tank, showering is easy. The bathroom has a small sink. A cassette toilet sits on top of a cherry grate which covers the tile floor. The Norcold 3.7 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer runs on propane, house batteries, or shore power. It is mounted at standing height which makes preparing a meal or grabbing a beverage easy. A small microwave is mounted above. The pull out pantry holds all your grocery items. There are two extra-large drawers underneath the frig. The galley has a large, deep stainless steel sink with a maple cutting board top. The two burner propane stove sits on a cherry countertop. The passenger seat swivels to utilize the galley extension. A 20 pound sealed and vented propane tank runs the stove, heater, hot water tank, and frig. We have gone at least 45 days full time camping on one tank. There are two 100 amp solar panels on the roof and two 100 amp Renogy batteries. The cab is clean and has PLENTY! of storage. The built in headliner adds even more storage space. Custom made insulated window coverings are included in the sale. Eight puck lights and two reading lights keep things bright. One of the best features is the side screen door which closes hands free on a magnet strip. You will get a lot more miles from this Mercedes engine.
