We are downsizing, and will miss this very fun family-friendly travel trailer. Outdoors RV is one of the best manufacturers out there, and their quality has been proven during the short time we've used this trailer. Their trailers all have robust suspension with great tires/wheels/axles. All systems working very well. There are minor signs of wear. Single interior wall with small crack, cosmetic only and covered by a nice framed photo (see pictures). Not really worth fixing and you won't notice! The TV is not working, not worth fixing for me. No leaks/water damage. Roof in good shape.

Improvements since buying:

• Replacement of electric water heater element.
• Replacement of screen door.
• Addition of extra 12v battery for better ability to boondock or deal with outages.

Low mileage, around 7000 miles towed overall, and only used for 1.5 seasons. Stored inside since the summer of 2022. It will be hard to find a trailer like this for such a low price.
