Our smoke free rig is like new, has been well cared for, and has factory upgrades you want like an additional A/C unit, new upgraded California Queen mattress on master bed, extended warranty, Max Air vent covers on top, custom twin bed in the bunkhouse (*read at bottom), slide out supports, and extra scissor jacks for added support. This rig has the safety of a *Hensley design Pro-pride hitch ($3400) which allows it to turn and tow much like a 5th wheel (87 deg turn angles). All this at a nice pre-owned price that beats the $83,000 MSRP of a new one. The standard amenities include double door fridge, fireplace, heated theatre seating w/ massage, Roku TV, entertainment receiver with both indoor/outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen, heated underbelly, heated tanks, washer/dryer closet. * You will notice our bunk house has a regular size twin bed with storage underneath in place of the sofa. The sofa was removed because Grand Design owners know this sofa is short in length, takes up most of the bunk house when open, and is terribly uncomfortable to sleep on even for children. If needed, a twin air mattress provides extra space much more comfortably than the sofa. If your heart is set on the sofa, another can go right back in the slot if desired. (The bed frame was modified not the RV) * This RV is very nice to pull on the interstate with this hitch for distribution and sway control. Hands down there is no better hitch than the Hensley design, and it is a cinch to hitch up and go. The Pro-Pride hitch completely tames these RVs to pull and turn like a 5th wheel. * What's your family's safety worth? Do yourself a huge favor and go read about the Pro-Pride hitch if you decide on a nice bumper pull RV. *5th Wheel vs. bumper pull? Our 5th wheel friends have a hard time keeping their rigs cool in the heat of Summer, they are much heavier to tow, and much taller for clearance on roadways and in RV parks. We debated on a 5th too, but I'm so glad we chose this rig + the hitch. * You could "Full Time" in this rig. It is well constructed, 4 seasons design, has plenty of sleep space, interior, and storage room. * Will deliver within 250 miles. Farther distances are negotiable.
