This listing includes a Reese pro round weight distribution/sway control hitch with a 11,500 LB capacity, upgraded wheel chocks, several upgraded hoses for both waste and fresh water, in line water filtration system, a Camco Rhino 36 gallon portable/towable waste tank with all fittings and hoses needed, and a 5 inch memory foam mattress with washable cover for the queen bed (used a total of 6 nights). We replaced the tires with top of the line Goodyear Endurance tires last fall. We logged one trip to Colorado logged on them.

This unit is ready to be used in comfort for a long or short term stay as is we can include a battery powered impact wrench, for ease of raising and lowering the jack stands or emergency tire removals ect.
