This is a very clean unit, inside and out, that has been carefully maintained by us. It has 43500 miles on it and had regular service by Freightliner. The generator only has 210 hours on it and also had regular service. The tires are in great shape and have treated and covered when not in use. We installed Safe T Plus and Koni shocks and it drives like a dream! We installed new house batteries in fall of 2022. We also added custom cherry shelves to most cupboards and the slide out pantry, plus we added new storage behind and over fireplace. The bathroom also has custom shelving and a ceramic toilet with spray unit. The Tiffin fake leather L shaped couch, recliner, and captains chairs have been replaced with new leather furniture, table, and captains chairs. The entry and stairs are protected by installed carpeting. It is wired for solar. It has the standard 37PA buildout with 4 TVs, fireplace, washer/driver, king bed, residential fridge/icemaker table and chairs, central vacuum, and a basement slideout. This RV is set up for extended travel in comfort which we did fulfilling a bucket list item. We loved this unit as first owners and have taken very good care of it. Many, many extras available including Brake Buddy, Blue Ox, tire pressure monitor for Toad, and most everything needed to start camping.
