Hook up and go! This RV is in excellent condition and comfortably sleeps 6. Reason for selling is we want to do a road trip so we think we prefer a motorhome for that.
Everything works great. Last summer I decided to put a conklin coatings bright white roof on it so it's easier to wash and avoid possible future cracks, etc. The product has a 10 year warranty but I didn't send it in so it actually doesn't have one. The roof was just fine but I decided to do it anyway.
There's a factory 2" receiver hitch on the back. We pulled a 14' trailer with a side by side in it.
I replaced the fill water valve with a good quality Anderson brass valve. The old one allowed water to slowly leak from city water into the fresh water tank.
We like the fireplace in the back, electric awning, and the LP/electric fridge. (not an electric only) for dry camping it automatically switches to LP.
The hitch has a rubber shock absorber in it which noticeably improved the ride over our older 5th wheel. We bought this RV in Indiana in the fall of 2020 so we are the 2nd owner, no pets. The 6 leveling jacks are hydraulic and will quickly level with the one-touch button. Also, the back 4 slides are hydraulic but the front bedroom slide is electric and moves slower like standard electric slides.
We used a Cummins/Onan 3800 running watt generator (bought last year) with remote start that we may allow to go with the unit depending on price. The remote start feature is nice as you can start and stop from inside without going out at bedtime to shut it off or starting in the morning for coffee.
There's 2 TV's that we took out and put in storage but we will put back in shortly. There's one in the back center and one in the bedroom.
