Description
New complete remodel. Great flexibility for two or three. New reinforced floor; new subfloor; new plank flooring; new trifold mattress; freshly painted and redesigned interior for maximum flexibility. New 20 gallon water tank. All new water lines. New 2.5 gallon on-demand water heater. New deeper sink and faucet. Newly expanded drawers and cabinet. Original two-burner stove still works flawlessly. Fridge 4 years old but like new—hardly used. Space and outlet above fridge for microwave.
Comes with anti-sway towing package (originally, 2017, $695). New central fan, temperature controlled. Spare tire. New trailer battery. Fiberglass exterior. Sleeps three easily, but could accommodate another two.
History: I bought the trailer used in 2017, unaware of a water leak that eventually damaged the subfloor, as well as a sinking roof due to the weight of the air conditioner. Fixed leak. Leveled and reinforced the roof, and replaced the AC with a temperature controlled fan—much lighter. Never used the AC when I had it because it was way too loud for a small trailer. Thus the teardown and remodel. Dumped a lot of the weight, so towing accessible for lots of vehicles.
Handy little trailer for a couple and one or two small children. Actual model is exp16, but the RVTrader form didn't give that as an option. Works best if you can hook-up to electricity, which runs the fridge, and would run a space heater and/or portable air conditioner if desired.
FYI: No interior toilet. I wanted the trailer to feel more spacious inside. I use campground facilities anyway, and I don't have to elimnate waste and clean up afterwards anymore! Owner could always buy a portable toilet to move inside at night--plenty of room for that.
