We are the second owners of this 5th wheel. The first owners sold it during their divorce, it was only used for 3 trips during their ownership. We have used it as our residence since relocating to Montana, we have taken exceptional care of the interior and exterior during that time. This has always been a non-smoking and no pet RV.We did remove the RV furniture and purchased traditional sofa and double recliner. There is a 40 in TV and stereo in the living room over the electric fireplace. The queen mattress is in good condition, with lots of great bedroom storage.The flooring and carpets are in very good condition, the toilet is porcelain not plastic.The awning is electric but not used by us since we have a full RV cover built (see photos)The RV has 1 air conditioner that works great, and is 4 season insulated. We have been in it going on 6 winters in Montana and have always been very comfortable no matter the outdoor temperatures!!
