Description
I have a 1998 40' Beaver Patriot that is well equipped and too much to list but will try to cover the highlights. Caterpillar 3126 Diesel Pusher. I got this from a friend last year and got it caught up on some deferred maintenance and some other nice upgrades that weren't required. Has single super slide. Onan 7.5 KW Genset. 2 roof air conditioners, new tire pressure monitoring system. NEW (1 year old)Good Year Endurance RSA x 6. Air ride suspension updates , 6 NEW Batteries, New alternator, tensioner and belt. Serviced slide out system - works perfectly, Added new backup monitor system with 3 cameras (Rear and each side with multiple view options) Replaced old frosted headlights with more modern lights. Replaced docking lights with new LED lights. New roof fan. Replaced all gas shocks that hold basement doors open. Charge controller replaced. Inverter/Converter works well. Sewer connections updated and valves replaced. Awnings on the entry side works well and retracts itself in high wind. Leveling system with front and rear controls. Slide out storage in basement compartments. Hurricane Diesel furnace, water heater that is tied in to engine heat. The basement storage is full of the usual accessories needed for RVing and could be negotiated into the purchase as we aren't going to be RVing for a while as priorities have changed. I have always stored indoors as did the previous owner. Original Washer dryer was replaced some time ago with nice drawers. Queen walk around bed with lots of storage. Full tub/shower, eparate from toilet room. Most of the original systems are available to see online - Bose surround. Satellite roof antenna, central vacuum, on board pressure washer, power awning with self stowing in high wind. Nice 50 amp coach, power retractable reel, adapters for other sources Clean title in my name, don't need help selling. Happy to teach about the various systems if new to RVing and need some coaching. One of the photos is a sketch of the basic layout and is obviously not to scale but should give a sense of where the main components are located as it can be difficult to tell in the pictures.
