My family and I bought this trailer with the intent to live in briefly while we finished a new home being built. We then intended to use the unit for various travel plans but as it turns out, we haven't used it since we lived in it for a few months. This unit has one slide out in the kitchen/ living area, 60 gallon fresh water tank, 42 gallon, gray and black tanks, lots of storage, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, awning, outdoor speakers, two propane tanks, new battery, has a brand new $8k roof due to a small puncture from a tree. The interior is combination of grey, white and brown colors, full bath, private master suite in the front of the unit with two small closets and storage under the bed. The kitchen includes gas stove and oven, fridgerator/ freezer that runs on either electricity or gas and electric microwave. The unit also has a large pantry and closet for the bunk beds. It also has an electric fireplace (can be used as a heat source) and set up for a flat screen tv to be hung. The unit also has AC which was nice in the summer months for a hormonal spouse!
