Motivated Seller.This RV is pristine and only used a maximum of twelve times (we used on only two trips). We are sad to part with it and had big plans. However, my husband has a medical condition and we no longer have the truck to pull it. Time to downsize truck and unit. (I'm just learning to tow)
Beautifully maintained with upgrades which include 14-ply HD truck tires (very important), HD rack with truck box for extra storage, shower fixtures and bathroom hardware. The roof has been maintained annually and it has been kept under roof when stored. As an option we are offering the remaining extended warranty, currently 2.5 years left which is critical on any unit. The additional cost is $4,000 for the warranty (optional).
We made sure to purachase a unit with generous floor space. We had plans for the five grandchildren to go with us and use their sleeping bags! It's cozy for just the two of us also, with the fireplace and prewired options for the tv's for movie night!
Failed to mention the outdoor kitchen! Love it! It has a fridge, cooktop, storage and an outdoor pullout tv. We had lots of plans of keeping the cooking outside when possible and enjoying the outdoors.
I love to cook and was drawn to the kitchen having incredible storage with a wonderful pantry. I love that I can carry the essentials plus fun camping serve and cookware. The oven aso bakes true, I tried that out on our first trip!
This unit has more bathroom storage than we had stuff for! I had to find things to store in there! A nice linen closet plus the vanity storage.
The awning is big at 17ft. You can fit several chairs or a picnic table under it. Comes in handy during rain, we tend to always experice rain :)
We have been campers our entire lives starting as children. We were setting this RV up to be our retirement and long trip unit. It has everything that we thought we could ever need. It proved to be a great weekend unit since once it's packed, we could jump in the truck and go! However it also designed for full-timers. It's rated as a four season unit and has plenty of room to call home.
We believe that this is a must see to be able to appreciate it!
