It will sleep 2 adults and a youth well but I won't lie the table transforming into a bed really isn't big enough for 2. We only used the rig 6 times and never cooked in it. So it is pretty much brand new. what your getting is, a leveling kit, chocks,, hose, sewer hose and weight distribution sway control bars. this unit has a murphy bed and when the slide is out it has a ton of open space.
