An excellent opportunity for a family or buddies to spend the weekend in the woods or traveling the open roads. Sleeping quarters are plentiful. We have a camper queen in the front which could be replaced with a king mattress. The couch folds to a sleeper sofa for two, the dinette can sleep two and two full size beds in the bunkhouse. My kids are of the size they both could share one of the full size beds. You can easily sleep 8 and up to 10-12. The camper is clean and in great shape. When I purchased the camper the trim on the back right wheel well was missing. I had a custom skirt made for the camper which is included in the sale price. The back screen from the bunk house needs to be replaced. My youngest son was not so kind to it. The camper has two grey water tanks. One for the bathroom and one for the front gally. A slide out bike rack is a small feature. The slideout are includes the dinette and sleeper sofa. Includes a flat screen TV, cd/dvd player. Awning is in working condition. All of the burners on the stove work perfectly, the refridgerator has plenty of room to store enough food for the week and you bet that freezer keeps popcicles and icecream frozen.
