This is truly "like new". Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator are spotless. Might be a bit tight for "10" people but great for a family w/ 4 children (up to teens) or less. Bunks could hold 4, plus the sofa and queen bed. Small children could sleep on the dinette benches. Great for Grandparents and grandkids.

We bought it last fall thinking we would go stay at different parks for a few weeks at a time, travel around, take our little dogs. Unfortunately wife's has us making other plans.

Comes with leveling hitch, sway bars. It is ready to go.

Awning is in perfect shape. Not shown extended in photo as RV in spot next to ours was to close.

We are retired and can show it anytime. It is in a secure paved storage lot off W. Georgia Rd / Fork
