Kitchen has been updated with new and tin backsplash, deep small 'farmhouse' style sink, butcher block countertops and small residential fridge.

We are a family of 4 and have enjoyed living in this RV full time over the last year and are moving on to our next chapter. RV is in good condition.

Custom twin size bunk beds in the living room. These can be removed if desired to allow for more seating.

Full Disclosure:
- One slide out seal should be replaced soon.
- On inspection both gray tank sewer gates are stiff and may need replaced soon. Black sewer gate works great.
- As can be seen in the images, we have been using a magnetic screen instead of a screen door. We still have the screen door if you would prefer it instead.
- Queen mattress is included, but I recommend replacing it soon.
