We are the 2nd owner of this 5th wheel trailer and previous owner including us have stored the unit indoors. The RV has been used under 10 times as of today by previous owner and us. The interior and exterior are in good condition. If I was retired we would use the trailer much much more. The auto level jacks control panel recently went out but will be repaired soon. Wheel berrings were checked and a couple replaced in 2021. The battery was replaced in 2022. This is a great trailer for small young families or retired couples. The slide out extends roughly 3'.
