Our very well maintained camper ( maintained by an Rv mechanic) has it all. 24 feet in length. This camper has two slide outs giving you a ton of floor space and a very spacious feeling. It has 2 queen beds, the dinette changes into a bed and the fold down couch also is a sleeping area. A couple of times we had two pack and plays and 4 adults sleeping at one time, and not using the couch as a bed still gave us plenty of room to move around and sit while the grandkids slept. The counter space, available storage and floor space is what sold us on this model as other models just didn’t have those features. We upgraded the central A/C to 15,000BTU’s which keeps us very comfortable when it’s hot outside. Furnace with thermostat keeps you toasty on those cooler days and nights. It also comes with heated mattress’s, microwave, three burner stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen has an island with a sink and additional cabinet space, and a pantry. A tv mounted inside that can also be mounted outside, Bluetooth cd/dvd player and radio, indoor and outdoor speakers, tv antenna. Bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink with vanity, medicine cabinet and linen closet. C/O and smoke detector, two power fan vents with weather cover so you can leave the vents open without rain getting in. The grill can be mounted on the camper or used independently. 16 foot power awning, power tongue jack ( no more hand cranking to make the camper level!) Aluminum wheels, spare tire and we bought 5 brand new tires and had the wheel bearings repacked last October. Items included with the sale of this camper are pots and pans, silverware, dishes, utensils, toaster, an extra RV extension cord, collapsible garbage can, 2 packs of leveling blocks, toilet deodorizer pods, fresh water hose, black water hose, 2 lengths of sewer hose, couplings and a sewer hose ladder. We have a outdoor rv rug and winter RV cover. We have the Equalizer weight distribution anti sway hookup for very easy towing.
