This luxurious cruiser has superior workmanship. If you've never owned a Phoenix Cruiser you should check out the videos from Phoenix. Everything is in great condition with very little wear on the seating, bathroom, and kitchen appliances. Everything works and we have everything that comes with it new. Bilstein shocks put in about 100 miles ago. Has a built-in spare tire. It's the perfect size for being able to travel, park and still have a home on wheels. The swivel seats in the living room are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets, drawers and closets. Also, a large space under the bed for storage as well as outside storage. The oven is a microwave/convection and there is a refrigerator with a freezer. The actual Ford vehicle is a 2015, but this is considered a 2016 RV because that is the year the RV was made. We wanted this RV due to the sleekness and it's ability to be able to go on mountain roads. It drives more like an extended van than your regular motor home. We are the second owner and hoped to do a lot of traveling, but we have a family member we care for that does not want to travel. So, we only took 2 trips and have given up on the idea. No one has ever lived in it and we have taken good care of it.
