Really nice shape. New tires, recliners, awning and new roof treatment. It has fireplace, queen bed, jack and Jill bathroom, surround sound, electric levelers and more. If it listed it's for sale, does not have washer and dryer hook ups, I will not finance, I don't need help selling, etc
