Excellent condition. Smoke free & kid free. Very low miles. It has only been towed down the road 4 times. Mostly parked on family property and used on occasional weekend. It has the cold weather package with enclosed under belly and tank heaters, electric jack, 12v 10 cu. frig., A/C, tv, stereo with dvd player, 3 burner stove, convectional microwave, 6 gal hot water heater. A very nice compact unit, with plenty of room for two people and tows nicely behind mid-size trucks and bigger.
