camper is in great condition except it's missing the rear side awning and the ladder. the couch side the cat used it as a scratch post for 2 weeks before it got the boot.the price is firm. it is a 2 owner camper being my coworker and myself. the generator is mint starts up every time. needing to downsize to a smaller style. it is paid off with title in hand.
