there is two 80 gallon gray water tanks and a 50 gallon black water tanks. There is two 30 gallon propane tanks. There are two awnings. The basement is large and clear through. There is a heat pump and ceiling fan in the living area and a AC in the bedroom. Both are new in the past couple years. The Whirlpool French door fridge with ice maker was also purchased a couple years ago. The bathroom has a full size shower with seat. King bed in the bedroom. There is a large closet for hanging and shelving. Another closet with shelves is also wired for washer and dryer. The Dyson vac goes with the fifth wheel. The two TV's come with, as well as two Dish Network Wally's, and a Winegard Pathway X-2 Dish. Also included is a nice dehumidifier. As you can see in the photos, the recliners are
missing. We had to get rid of them this year. They looked bad. We were going to put a desk in that area and then we decided to sell. The fire place works and heats, but sometimes it does turn off at a set temp That needs to be checked one more item i should mention-when we took delivery of the Pinnacle from Jayco, there was a tear in the vinyl Rather than take it back up to Indiana, we just have left it the way it came to us It has just had a complete service. Two new batteries, slides adjusted, bearings checked and roof checked. Ready to hit the road! We also have available,a 2015 F-250 with 40,000 miles, auxiliary fuel tank and air bags.
