Well & properly cared for with a brand new roof. Regular maintence done as required. There is normal wear & tear but even so we have done a good job continuously cleaning and protecting our investment. No pets have been in the RV. Only items to mention is a slight ding on the external ladder and we sized the bed down to a residential queen. The ladder is stucturally sound
