Barely used and in great condition. We used this trailer for a single trip from Austin, TX to CT and lived out of the trailer for 2 months while we looked for a home in CT. We used the trailer lightly over the last year as a remote office while parked on our property. This is our second new RV.
Surprisingly, the Impression had only 2 warranty issues that we had to have fixed. The furnace was repaired and works better than new. :) We also had an issue with the toilet not flushing. So, we had the toilet replaced.

The interior and exterior are in great shape. We had a lot of add ons for this trailer. Helium in the wheels with the run flat system (to protect from a blow out causing trailer to roll).

We are in a different place in our lives now where we really aren't in the position to travel a lot. So, we decided to let the trailer go for a good price so that it can go to a new family who can get more use.

As far as roominess. We had up to 6 people staying in the trailer during our summer when we arrived in CT and it was amazing how roomy the place felt.

The mid bunk and loft design is amazing as it gives you a lot of sleeping capacity that does not put anyone in the aft living area plus the number of closets and storage really makes this a trailer that you could spend months in.We also added a stackable washer and dryer in the main bed room that gives you the ability to wash your clothes wherever you go.
