Beautiful 5th Wheel with four slides, large living room with fireplace, pull-out full-size couch, 50” TV, and two reclining chairs. The kitchen has a center island, double-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas stove/oven, double sink, full pantry closet with lighting, and a table with a leaf and four chairs. USB charging ports are located throughout the RV.

There is a mid-bunk/office area off the kitchen with a desk, ample storage, a 32” TV, a love seat that pulls out into a full-size bed, and then a twin upper bunk. This room also has a door for privacy.

The bathroom has a linen closet with deep storage, a foot pedal toilet, sink, light-up medicine cabinet, and stand-up shower with bench seat and skylight.

A loft area with ladder access in the hallway provides additional sleeping quarters with two twin mattresses.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with a thick memory foam topper, 32” TV, bureau, and glass sliding doors to a large closet. There is an additional large storage cabinet plumbed for a washer/dryer from Jayco.

Outside, there are 2 LED-lit power awnings, an outdoor sink, and an outdoor mini fridge/counter/possible gas grill.

The “basement” storage area is a large pass-through that is well-lit.

On the back end, there is a ladder to access the roof, 2 roof mounted AC units, and the optional solar panel plug-in (factory wired). Discharge hose storage inside the square rear bumper, and a trailer hitch.

This rig has only 800 road miles on it, as we have been seasonal campers for the four years we have owned it. With a son in college and two other busy teens, we can no longer get away as often as we’d like. So many great memories have been made in this RV! Located in Hollis, NH.
