Original owner, pre-covid, pre-Winnebago. This camper has been fabulous to us. Very well built, pictures do not do it justice and ready to go camping. Selling to start our next adventure.

The rear-living floorplan is very spacious with lots of room to move around, one of their best floorplans with tons of storage inside and outside. Kitchen is huge with butler pantry with pull out drawers, lots of cabinets that can hold even larger items, double sink, pull out kitchen table with 4 chairs, large refridgerator, wine rack with extra counter space, in cabinet trash can. Bathroom has a very large linen closet along with storage in vanity, medicine cabinet and large roomy shower. Bedroom walk-in closet as well with nice wide/deep dresser, TV, storage under bed, safe, and a pullout storage ottoman at foot of bed. Living room has large entertainment center with numerous cabinets, big TV, subwoofer, soundbar, along with a nice fireplace that really works great and pull out desk. There's enough room in living room to use a queen size air bed and still walk around it. Sofa with 3 recliiners in it and a stand alone recliner and side table. Basement storage is plentiful, you can actually you can sit up in. With all slides in, you can still get to the refrigerator, bathroom, bed, part of the kitchen island/sink as well as some cabinets making it great for travel or when needing access when closed up. 16' Power awning.

Interior shows like new, exterior super shines!!!!
No pets, no smoking, no kids. Don't wear shoes inside.
Extended transferable warranty expires in June 2023.
G614 Goodyear 14 ply tires are 1 1/2 years old.
Waxed with Wash Wax All 2-3 times a year.
Keep tire covers on tires when parked.
Oven never used, stove used a couple times.
New slideout seals on main slides.

Loveseat replaced with a residential recliner and end table adding even more room.
Sofa is 3 recliners. It started peeling this past fall and currently has a cover on it. We planned to replace but figured whoever is the next owner would prefer their own style.
