This is the perfect trailer for a small family. Timber ridge is a 4 seasons, high quality trailer line. The bedroom features a queen bed with an upgraded mattress, 2 full size shirt wards, and night stands. The bunk area has large oversized bunks and the top bunk is rated at 350lbs. The bottom bunk folds up for tons of cargo space that can be accessed through a cargo door. There are two traditional door entries as well. The bathroom has a full glass shower making it a usable space. The dinette has been replaced with a bar top area. You could easily make this space fit your needs. The couch has also been replaced with a 3 person, zero clearnace recliner. The AC unit was recently replaced.

We love this trailer and the layout but our children are now teenagers and busy with sports.
