30 foot Bunk house Travel Trailer w/ large power bump out & arctic package. Outdoor kitchenette, portable Coleman grill, ice cold AC, fridge/freezer powered by propane or electric. Water heater is gas or electric.
Queen bed room & up to 4 twin beds in the bunk house. Couch & kitchen table also can turn into beds sleeping 8-10.
Had roof fully sealed 2 seasons ago.

Large power awning for entry way, small manual awning above outdoor kitchen, & bump out has an awning as well.
The cons:
small soft spot in queen bed area on the floor in a corner.
One of the awning arms got torn up during a storm. We have an all new canvas for it to be installed. Still need the arm itself - luckily it was the non-power side that broke.
When roof was fully sealed, they told us there’s a soft spot in back corner (side opposite of ladder). But now that it’s sealed it won’t get worse. Also no sign of any damage inside which is great!
Love the camper but kids no longer interested in going.
