Good stuff: - Massive CCC = 4500 # - Large cargo area 13’8”L x 71”W x 78”T - Fueling Station - Happy Jack Electric Bed system in cargo area - Sleeps 6-8 with both the couch and table area converting to beds - 30” Smart TV w/remote - 5 Disc CD/DVD player with surround sound and sub woofer - Gas / Electric Frig - Day / Night shades - Privacy curtain in master bedroom - Interior & Exterior shower - Dual Ramp Lights - Outside AM/FM/CD Stereo - Pass thru front storage - Tires in good condition - Interior lighting upgraded to LED - 1 Sky Light in Shower, 2 Powered Vents and 1 Manual Issues: - Water Heater works on gas only - Ramp door is functional but has some wood rot (see pic) - 4” gash in fiberglass at front (see pic) This has been a great RV.
