This is a great little RV with alot of life left in it. Only 3,300 pounds unloaded so can be towed with half ton truck. Pulls great with upgraded tires. The tires are only two years old and were upgraded from 13" wheels to 14" wheels with Hankook Vantra tires.

This RV has the Northwest Package which means it has extra insulation. Awesome for cold weather camping and helps keep the heat out during the summer. It has a new awning as of last spring that keeps the patio area cool with a nice shaded area

Everthing works including the microwave, furnace, hot water heater, water pump, refrigerator and oven/stove. The a/c is more than adequeate in the hot southern NM heat.

Upgraded queen size mattress; much more comfortable than original. Upgraded RV style stereo and speakers.
