Very well cared for RV. The interior is very clean and comfortable. The L shaped countertops make for lots of counter space and easy cooking. All cabinetry is raised panel oak or etched glass. It features a large double sink and 3 burner stovetop with a very large microwave oven. It has a large closet with many drawers below. Nightstands on both sides of bed with storage above and below. Comfortable queen bed and sofa sleeper. Large bathroom area with full open double doors and tall shower. Ducted heater and 2 roof A/C units will keep you comfortable all year! It features full basement storage with 3 pass thru sections. Large double door refrigerator/freezer. It has a roof mounted solar panel and charge controller for the brand new 6V deep cycle coach batteries. The roof is a one piece fiberglass style and recently resealed around the vents and fixtures. The Generac 5500 watt genset has only 503 hrs and starts easy everytime. Tires are 2 years old with very few miles. Outside it has awnings for all 4 window sets. The leveling system is hydraulic and easy to use. It also has a 5K lb trailer hitch for your tow vehicle or atv trailer. This coach runs and drives excellent and has served us well for 10 years. Everything works just as it should with no issues. Stored indoors throughout the winter.
