Camper is in excellent condition. Still has the new camper smell! New tire's were put on in December 2022. We used it for long weekend get aways. It's a perfect size for a family; especially with the bunk house tucked away in its own room. You won't find a camper this size with so much counter space; true bonus for this model. Unit has two a/c's and back up camera. Plenty of storage inside and out. Outdoor kitchen area has a small fridge and two burner stove top. This area also has enough room for a blackstone.
