This trailer has been used for a handful of Glamis Dunes trips and two Calico trips. I can't remember going anywhere else with it. It's in great condition with the standard wear items in the interior and exterior. We removed the TV in the garage as it was in the way of our Maverick Maxx (yes they do fit with some finagling). There are one and one half bathrooms, two black tanks and one gray tank. This one has both a gas stove as well as a gas oven. Above is a microwave/convection combo. Four door refrigerator/freezer. The couch is extremely comfortable to sleep on and the TV motors in and out of the cabinet across from it. There is an electric fireplace under the DVD and control panel that does have a heater element and fan in it. A central vacuum system does a great job of cleaning the place out and there is even a broom sweep port in the closet to suck up what you would normally use a dust pan on. The garage floor is tuff coated and stands up to all abuse. There is a storage locker in the drive trail for tables and tie downs. The generator has a 40 gallon tank and the fuel station has a 60 gallon tank. Two 30 lb propane tanks can keep you warm for more than a week in near freezing weather. There is a solar charging port on the side and I have panels to plug in so the batteries always stay topped. I'll be selling with all water accessories including an amazing water filter. This thing tires like a dream behind a 2500 and 3500. If you don't already have a fifth wheel hitch I'll throw in my Dodge specific pocket mount hitch.

We are selling because we no longer go on big trips with the 4x4s and we find ourselves using our van if we ever go camping. We are hoping this goes to a great new home. We've had great times in this trailer and we know you will too. It's like a real home away from home.
