We have been a camping family for years: tents and various RVs. We bought this last year but have not used it as much as expected because our kids have moved out. Bunkhouse area is wonderful for the added space. Propane grill hooks up to outside and is included. Hitch with stabilizing bar is also included. Crack in vinyl flooring by floor vents in bunkhouse area and near stove. Price will reflect this.
