Up for sale is my 2018 Thor Challenger 37FH. I have a clean and clear NV title in hand and ready to go.
I'm selling AS IS for 75k (see below for list of repairs quoted at 5k) or I will fix the issues and sell for 85k low retail for this rig is 85k, please don't try to lowball
the rig runs beautifully, there are no known mechanic issues, the issues at hand are with the slides. Two of them need repair work in order to operate properly. They can be moved manually but will need roughly 5k to replace the slide rails.

Someone had hit two of the basement doors with a Home Depot shopping cart and left substantial damage, the doors were repaired ($3,000 later) and repainted to match the base paint but don't have the decals painted on them. It never bothered me so I left as is.

Upgraded flooring installed a year ago - premium vinyl tile with grout gives the appearance of a real tile floor. Newly replaced wall slide motors and controllers. Brand new queen mattress above cab.

This has 3 slides and opens up into what feels like a normal sized apartment. It’s insanely cozy and can sleep up to six comfortable (we’ve slept eight no problem) with the drop down bed above the driver/passenger
The pictures show the couch modification and the small amount of damage on the rig to be as transparent as possible.

Let’s start off with the few things that are wrong with the rig -the previous owners scraped up against a pole / tree and attempted to paint/cover up the scratches.

Now lets talk about the good stuff - The old dinette and jackknife sofa have been replaced with a $5,000 cream cloud sofa that is not only super comfortable - but much more appropriate for the space. I find very few people actually use the dinette, myself included. The sofa has protective covers on each cushion to protect the integrity while still looking cute.

Queen bed above driver/passenger holds 500lbs. King electric folding bed in rear and up to 3 additional sleeping spaces on the super comfy couch.

Most of the rig can be controlled through your phone. Slides, water pump, holding tank levels, air conditioning and more - all at your fingertips.

It’s got 32,500 Miles and runs beautifully.
I just installed a $2,000 washer/dryer combo that wasn’t in the unit prior.
Tires are in great shape and I installed a tire pressure monitoring
