Make it your own. This has 50 Amp service, 6 point hydraulic leveling system, electric awning (awning lights no longer work). Front nose cap has some clear coat peeling, paint and decals still in pretty good shape. Good basement storage, 54 gal fresh water tank, 2 grey tanks @45 gal each, black tank 45 gal.
Great inside storage. It has a stove/oven combo (oven has never been used), convection/microwave combo, nice large pantry, RV refrigerator/freezer, NO kitchen table. (was originally a high top table)
Tv hutch has good storage and can fit upto 55" tv, and has an electric fireplace with remote. Comes with reclining loveseat and regular recliner. You can always put in a sofa bed to sleep more people.
Bathroom has a shower, good storage shelves, porcelain toilet, bowl sink.
Bedroom is an RV king, but you can always put in a reg queen. (there is foam cushion over wood platform to protect your mattress from hinges). Under bed storage, built in dresser, nice size closet with washer and dryer hook-ups. (w/d hook-ups never used).
Dual AC units. New kitchen AC was installed April 2022, and at the same time brand new rubber roof to include the slide outs as well. New water heater installed Feb. 2022. New rubber seals around slide outs installed May of 2022. New Co2 alarm and new smoke detectors installed March 2023. All was done professionally.
This 2014 Solitude has some normal wear and tear inside and out, but it's a great long term RV to make your own.
Selling our used B&W Companion hitch receiver, it can be negotiated in with the trailer.
Trailer is currently in an RV park off I-10. If interested you may be able to stay at current location, with approved lease through the owner of the campground.
