We bought this unit 1 year ago this last February (2022). Basically it's only had two trips. We haven't even really used anything on it except the rear bath toilet and the refrigerator. Everything works as it was delivered to us. We averaged 16.9 mpg on the road. We'll include the hookups:, fresh water hose & filter, power cord and surge protector and sewer dump hoses & adapters. Only mod we did was remove the onboard water filter. Has receiver hitch step from Weather Tech. We are selling due to both of us having developed health issues that make us uncomfortable being to far from our home area. I can provide more photos as requested. Unit is stored outside, plugged into 30 amp circuit 24/7/365. Unit has less than 5500 miles on it. Unit has Thor coach warranty until March 2024 (2 years) and Ram chassis warranty (3years) until March 2025. Reasonable offers considered.
