Better than new. Purchased at the end of 2021. Immediately hand washed fiberglass and metal frame polished with RV fiberglass polish. Roof, wheels and tires hand washed and sealed with aerospace 303. Then stored in my heated and air conditioned barn. Washed and dried after each use. Everything works as it should. Never used the shower in the bathroom. Cooked out side when camping.
