I'm the orginal owner of this 21' toy hauler that's used to take my Polaris RZR1 to the Oregon Dunes with room to spare for my battery operated bicycle and RC cars. It's never been smoked in, had fish burned or a dog in it, but I like dogs The oven's never been used nor the A/C, but the heater works nicely, although I use a protable heater w/shore power to keep it warm during the night without using the propaine heater. The awing is nice too since it is full size. The slide out bedroom has storage above the bed, cabinets with drawers and storage below the bed. I tow it with a Ford V-6 easily to the coast and to the deserts. After a day of riding the Polaris the ramp becomes a patio for sitting in the Sun, while I'm BBQing. This is perfect for one or two people. But, the misses wants a larger bathroom. Go figure.? All manuals and furniture are included. My price is non negotiable ,but fare.
