This is a 1 owner . Unit is in great shape . It is cleaned inside and out prior to and upon arriving home . It has great storage . With all the windows give you great views . Unit comes with weight distribution hitch 2" receiver. I have a 2 1/2" receiver adaptor . 1 power cord , 1 water hose for fresh water,1 sewer hose . 1 counter top piece,an outside propane griddle that mounts to rail on unit with quick connect to connect to unit propane tanks . 1 fold out table for inside the unit . It has a 15,000 BTU A/C unit upgrade . The unit is stored under a carport . We only travel during the cooler months, It is stored during hot months under carport .
