Our family has enjoyed traveling all over the country with this home on wheels. This unit has upgraded batteries, shower head, kitchen fuacet. 2 tv's (1 smart) are included. There is room for 4 kids in the 2nd bedroom, lots of storage through out. There is a fold out queen bed in the main living area. Kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee pot, air fryer, insta pot are included. The outside kitchen comes with microwave, stove, sink, and refrigerator. Axles, brakes, leaf springs have been replaced. The bearings are inspected and repacked every year. The tires are steel belted load range F rated. All equipment for hookups, leveling blocks, and hitch are included. Trailer can be delivered with in the midwest area for an additional fee
