Used on average 4 to 5 weeks per year mostly short trips (1-5 hrs. from home). The Following items were added after original purchase: second awning, slid toppers on all three (3) slides, rear camera, and additional hand rail on Lippert solid steps. This unit is prepped for a generator including transfer switch, all electrical wiring to Gen set and starter switch inside camper, and propane gas piping. If you want to install a propane generator all you would have to do is purchase the generator and hook it up. The 365RL is great for weekend trips or full time living.
